IGNOU 38th convocation on March 5
Kohima, March 2 (MExN): The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is organising its 38th Convocation on March 5. The main function will be held at IGNOU Headquarters, New Delhi. The convocation will be held simultaneously in all the Regional Centres across the country. Temjen Imna Along, Minister of Tourism & Higher Education, Government of Nagaland will grace the 38th Convocation at IGNOU Regional Centre Kohima as Guest of Honour at Capital Convention Centre near Secretariat Complex, Kohima.
NSCN/GPRN (Niki) discharges one
DIMAPUR, MARCH 2 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN (Niki) has discharged Vitokhu Yeptho from active national service with effect from February 26. A press release from the MIP informed that he served as a Tatar. The discharge order issued from the office of the Ato Kilonser said that the “selfless service rendered by him for the cause of the nation will be noted and remembered in the annals of the Naga history.” Order was also issued to Vitokhu Yeptho to submit his discharge order to the National Tatar Hoho from the date of receipt of his discharge order.
