Physical verification of pensioners in Dmp
Dimapur, November 6 (MExN): All the pensioners drawing monthly salary under Senior Treasury office Dimapur have been notified that as per the Treasure Rule, the physical verification for the year 2024 will start w.e.f. November 2024 onward to avoid normal departmental transaction business and to meet the convenience of ever pensioners, a schedule date for verification is prepared accordingly November 11 to 30 and December 9 to 18t. Therefore, in this regards all the pensioners are informed to bring personal copy of P.P.O. Book & attend- verification on the appointed date without fail. “Failure to attend physical verification the pension case shall be considered as closed and submit to AG Nagaland right after completion of verification,” the Sr. Treasury Officer, Dimapur: Nagaland stated in a notification.
Remove unsanitary makeshift urinals, toilets, pig sty: KMC
Kohima, November 6 (MExN): In pursuance of the office memorandum issued by Home Department and order issued by Deputy Commissioner Kohima, the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has asked all concerned to remove unsanitary makeshift urinals/ toilets and pig sty which arc discharging waste on road on or before November 15, 2024. Further, all meat shops have been directed to keep their goods covered and not to display/hang their goods in front of the shop. Intensive checking will be carried out and action will be initiated against defaulter as per laid down rules, according to order issued by KMC Chief Executive Officer T Lanusenla Longkumer.
