ENPU Wokha meet on Nov 28
Wokha, November 26 (MExN): The Eastern Nagaland People’s Union (ENPU), Wokha, will conduct its 33rd General meeting on November 28, 10:00 am sharp, at the Treasurer’s residence located in Tsumang ’B’ Colony, Wokha. All the members have been requested to attend the meeting along with membership fees without fail.
NFHRCC convenes emergency meeting
Dimapur, November 26 (MExN): The NFHRCC has convened an emergency meeting on November 28 at the base Office Dimapur at 10:00am.
In a press release issued by the NFHRCC, it formed that the meeting was necessitated “due to the aggressive behavior shown by the agitating party from Assam site at Nakachari , Mariani sectors in the name of the economic blockade, seizing public vehicles including women and children which needs to be resolved amicably.”
The Committee has requested all respective tribal members to attend the meeting.
Further, it appealed to the State Government and Naga Public “not to be complacent and to take up the issue seriously.
It has also sought an appointment with the Deputy CM Y Patton, Minister for Home and R&B(PWD) on the issue of making the foothill road pliable during the dry season, it added.
Dimapur Sakshi Union annual general meet on November 28
Dimapur, November 26 (MExN): The Dimapur Sakshi Union has informed that it will hold its Annual General meeting on November 28 from 10:00 am onwards at the residence of its Treasurer H Molem Phom, Signal Angami Village Dimapur.
All the Union members have been requested to attend the same without fail since there will be a selection of new office bearers for the new session 2020 onwards, as per a press release from T Shahnyu Phom, General Secretary Dimapur Sakshi Union. All the members have also been requested to bring yearly membership fee during the said meeting.
