
Fair Price Shop directed to open for 15-20 days every month
Dimapur, October 28 (MExN): All Fair Price Shop under Dimapur, Chümoukedima and Niuland districts are informed to keep their FPS open for 15-20 days every month in order to enable all the beneficiaries under their FPS to collected their monthly entitlement of PDS food grains at the rate of Rs 3 per kg for both PHH and AAY Scheme and ration entitlement of 5 KG per head for PHH beneficiaries and 35 Kg per Ration card for AAY beneficiaries. “This is for strict compliance and necessary action,” S Kavito Aomi, Assistant Director, Food & Civil Supplies, Dimapur stated in an order.
NST night super services departure from ISBT
Dimapur, October 28 (MExN): The NST Dimapur has informed the general public that all the night super services which are currently departing from Old NST Bus Station Dimapur to Mon, Tuensang, Shamator, Chessore, Mokokchung and Longleng, will be departing from ISBT, Purana Bazaar with effect from November 1. NST Assistant General Manager, Metsiviko Meyase in a press release stated that the departure timing of all services remains unchanged. Further, for the convenience, booking for tickets can be done at Old NST Station as well as ISBT. Passengers can also opt to board the designated buses from Old NST Station on early arrival (one and half hour ahead of departure) and proceed to ISBT for reporting and schedule departure, it stated.
KCCI membership registration
Kohima, October 28 (MExN): Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industries (KCCI) informed that it will be initiating membership registration for the year 2022. This exercise will commence from the November 1 and be will undertaken by KCCI authorized officials. In this connection, all the shops, trading establishments, markets have been requested to extend co-operation and comply with the directive.
Cleanliness drive on Oct 29
Kohima, October 28 (MExN): St Francis De Sales (SFS) Parish Kohima town will be organizing a cleanliness drive at the common graveyard near BSF camp Keyake, on October 29. Parish priest Fr. Mathew informed that bus service for the social work will be provided at Old Bus Parking at Kezieke at 9:00 am.
Grievance redressal outreach prog on Nov 2
Kohima, October 28 (MExN): All serving/retired employees of the State Government have been informed that in pursuance to Vigilance Awareness Week which will be observed from October 31 to November 6, a grievance redressal outreach programme will be organized on November 2 on matters of pension, ROP, pay-slip, GPF and loan functions. Therefore, any employee serving or retired having any grievances with regard to the entitlement function enumerated above are requested to visit the office on November 2 at 11:00 am for resolution of their grievances. This was stated in a press release issued by Sr. Accounts Officer, Information System Cell.
NCSU general meeting on Nov 7
Kohima, October 28 (MExN): The Nagaland Contractors' and Suppliers' Union (NCSU) Head Office Kohima has convened its general meeting on November 7 at 11:00 AM at NCSU conference hall, Kohima. NCSU President, Pele Khezhie and General Secretary, John Kath informed all the NCSU members, especially the officials of district unit NCSU to attend the said meeting positively.
Pfutsero pensioner’s physical verification
Pfutsero, October 28 (MExN): All the pensioners drawing pension from Sub-Treasury Pfutsero are informed that as per CTR 368, the annual physical verification for the current year 2021-2022 will be conducted from November 16 to 18 during 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The schedule will be as follows: Pfutsero town area on November 16, Secheku area on November 17 and Khezha/Khuza area, Chokri area and other areas on November 18. Pfutsero Sub-Treasury Officer, Vezopra Vero in a press release has requested all the pensioners concerned to “report with Life Certificate, Renewed Pensioner ID and Pensioner Personal Seal within stipulated date failing which no further payment of pension shall be entertained.”
