FGN Tikhir Region extends
full support to S Singnya
Dimapur, October 30 (MExN): The Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) Tikhir Region held an emergency meeting on October 28 where in it declared the recent impeachment of Kedaghe (Brig. Rtd) S. Singnya as “null and void.” The declaration was made after a long discussion along with regional members and high ranking army officer during a meeting at Kiusam town where it extended unanimous support to the leadership of Kedaghe S Singnya, a press release issued by Apong K Tikhir, Medanpeyu and Khiapong Thikir, Secretary FGN, Tikhir Region stated.
KMC informs
Kohima, October 30 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) today informed that it has come to the notice of the KMC that some bakeries are manufacturing their products in an unhygienic workplace and also selling uncooked/ unhygienic bakery items to the public in Kohima Town which poses adverse effect on the health of the citizens. Therefore, a notice is hereby issued for compliance to all bakeries within Kohima Municipal Council to maintain proper hygiene in their bakeries and store places and also to install CCTV in their workplaces, failing which action as per relevant sections of law will be initiated against defaulters without further notice.
