A press release from the Secretary, UT, NSCN (IM), John M Yim informed the rightful owner to claim the vehicle by producing the original documents within 7 days from the date of this notice’s publication. Two NSCN (K-YA) cadres apprehended in Arunachal
KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 7 (MExN): Troops of the Indian Army along with the Arunachal Police apprehended two NSCN (K-YA) cadres at Miao town, Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh on September 4 and 5. A press release from the PRO Defense informed that the operation also led to recovery of arms and ammunition. Information provided by these cadres further assisted in identification and apprehension of an OGW in the same area on September 6. Security forces recovered two MK 22 Chinese made automatic rifles, 138 rounds of ammunition, five magazines, one grenade and one Baofeng Walkietalkie with charger, the press release added. It informed that the apprehended cadres and recovered items were handed over to police station Miao for further investigation.
