
EE Chümoukedima electrical div informs
Chümoukedima, September 20 (MExN): The newly constructed 33kV Transmission Line from 66/33kV, 1OMVA Sub-Station, Chumoukedima to newly constructed 33/11kV, 2.5MVA Sub-Station, NIT campus, & 33/0.4kV, 500KVA Sub-Station, Railway Tunnel,No-1,Chumoukedima has been energised on 15th September 2023' at 33kV. Accordingly, the Electrical Division Chümoukedima today informed the general public not to come in contact with the electrical materials with the said Transmission Line and Sub-Stations. The Department will not be held responsible for any accident arising due to non-compliance of this Notice, stated a notification from Er Ahoto Aye, Executive Engineer ( EE) Electrical Division Chümoukedima.
Dengue under control in Mon: Paiwang
Dimapur, September 20 (MExN): Nagaland Minister for Health and Family Welfare, P Paiwang Konyak on Wednesday informed that dengue was under control in Mon district. The Health Minister said that he was in constant touch with the MS and CMO of Mon District Hospital with regard to dengue updates, according to a DIPR report. Paiwang stated this while addressing a meeting held in Dimapur with the district administration, health officials, doctors and line departments on September 20.
SDO(E) Kiphire issues advisory
Kiphire, September 20 (MExN): The ground clearance of the 132 kV Transmission Tower NO. 96 (CH 75+150) near NHIDCL Stone Crusher, Mesulimi village under Pfutsero Sub-Division, Phek District has been reduced to approximately five feet due rampant earth dumping. In this connection, Transmission Sub-Division Kiphire has advised public are advised not to go near the affected tower till the earth dumping is cleared by NHIDCL contractors.
Health camp for sanitation workers
Kohima, September 20 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) today informed that as part of ‘Safai Mitra Surveksha Shivir’, a health camp for sanitation workers and their families is being organized in collaboration with NHAK and UPHC Seikhazou on September 25 from 11: 00 AM onwards at KMC office, Kohima ( Super Market Building). Sanitation workers/drivers attached to Ward, Sector, Colony, Village, Area, Market Sanitation vehicles (who utilize Dziiriizou Landfill) and their families have been invited to the Health Camp. This was stated in a release issued by KMC Administrator T Lanusenla Longkumer.
