ADC Pughoboto notifies on check gates

Pughoboto, September 2 (MExN): In pursuance of the order/guidelines on unlock 4, the ADC Pughoboto, Thungchanbemo Tungoe has issued an order that the following check gates under Pughoboto Sub Division which were set up to monitor the movement of people and vehicles during the pandemic has been lifted with immediate effect from the date of the issue of this order: Lazami check gate, Asukiqa check gate and Ghathashi check gate. This is for information and compliance by all concerned until further orders.

 

DC Mon lifts total lockdown

Mon, September 2 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner, Mon, Thavaseelan K informed that the total lockdown which was imposed under Aboi town, Ngangching village and Aopao village promulgated by the DC office Dated August 29 has been lifted on September 1.

 

Noklak to strictly follow new SOPs

Noklak, September 2 (MExN): As per the Nagaland government order pertaining to implementation of the revised guidelines in relation to COVID-19 pandemic in the state, Deputy Commissioner Noklak, Reny Wilfred, IAS has informed that all provision as mentioned in the new consolidated guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be strictly followed in the District uniformly till September 30. Further, the District Task Force on COVID-19 meeting will be held in a short while to re-assess the COVID-19 situation in the District.

 

Peace Day deferred 

Kohima, September 2 (MExN): Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, Peace Day, which was scheduled to be on September 6 on the occasion of the 55th ceasefire anniversary, has been “differed.” This was stated by Chairman Pedi Miachieo in a notice to all members of the Governing Body of the Nagaland Peace Centre, Kohima.
