The Morung Express present the glimpses of 6th edition of August Rush 2022 under the banner of Richa Productions Kohima held on August 15 at The Heritage, Kohima. This event involved various agencies under the theme “Where creativity meets skills.” With an intention to give platform to the young entrepreneurs and young artists and talented youngsters to come together and celebrate, display, advertise and promote their talents, August Rush 2022 was marked by fashion show, fittest man and woman contest, best of August Rush solo singing contest, EDM Nite, musical recital, Nagaland Umbrella festival etc. Best of August Rush 2022 solo singing contest winner-Lapla, first "Nagaland Umbrella Festival" winner - Pele, August Rush Fittest Man- Mudoto Veswuh from Suthozu Village and August Rush Fittest Woman- Vizoseno Kiso from Indira Gandhi Stadium Sports Academy Kohima.
The Government Middle School Aliba under Mokokchung district received a computer set and stationeries from the 23rd Assam Rifles Mokokchung Battalion on August 15. The Battalion Commandant, Colonel Viplove presented the same during the celebration of the Independence Day 2022 at the school premises.
