Oral health camp was conducted at LFS School, Mt Horeb School, GHS and GPS Pungro under Kiphire district from May 13 to 19. The camp was conducted under the initiative of Dr Weri Mero Medical Officer CHC, Pungro. Altogether, 2147 students were screened with oral care with flouride and extraction.

A total of 18 students from different churches in Nagaland and other North Eastern States graduated from Calvary Bible Institute (CBI). The course conducted by CBI Team North East concluded with the graduation ceremony and decadal celebration held at Life Spring Corner, Dimapur on May 18. CBI Nagaland Coordinator, Rana Chetri and Pastor Sarda Chettri handed over the awards and recognition to the graduates while testimonies were shared by Nagato, S K Limbo and Januka Sharma. Rev Sukumar Chetri delivered the commencement message while also offering the thanksgiving prayer. D Sanjay Sonar delivered the vote of thanks while Gagan Mohra offered the benediction.  

As a prelude to the 8th International Day of Yoga, the 37th Battalion of Border Security Force (BSF), Chedema conducted yoga session at Naga Heritage Village Kisama on May 20.  Officers and jawans of BSF and school children of Holy Cross School Chedema participated in session in presence of Commandant Vinod Kumar. Pawan Kumar, Second-in-Command of 37 BSF Chedema said that the session is a prelude to International Yoga Day which is going to take place on June 21. It was conducted to spread awareness about the benefits of yoga into the civilians and the jawans, he said.
