Advisor Law & Justice and Land Revenue, TN Mannen inaugurated Law & Justice Department Guest House at Dimapur on April 17. He was accompanied by Advisor Temjenmenba and Advisor Imkongmar.

Training on quality and clean milk production cum fertility management for dairy farmers was organised by Nagaland State Dairy Cooperative Federation Ltd, Kohima on April 13 at Viswema village. The programme was chaired by Keleselie of Vikhotole WDCS with invocation by Akhotso. A short speech was delivered Dr Joseph M Angami, Project Director, NSDCF Ltd. During the technical session, Dr Tuolie Peseyie, Plant Manager and Dr Medo-u Wetsah, Supervisor spoke on ‘dairy cattle management & fertility management’ and ‘clean milk production’ respectively. A hands on demonstration & distribution of kits to the dairy farmers was carried out by Zapove Swuro, Project Co-ordinator.

The Research & Development Cell, Unity College, Dimapur in collaboration with the Heritage Publishing House, Dimapur organised the Lecture Series- III for the teaching faculties with Niketu Iralu at Kerünyü Ki, Sechu-Zubza on April 15. The programme aimed at increasing individual faculty’s interests and engagement on issues and challenges being faced in contemporary Naga society. Niketu Iralu lectured on the topic ‘What does each one of us think is most important for our society’s survival to go forward.’ He provided enlightened insights of the issues and opined that the human element is the key to survival of any society.
