The Indian Red Cross Society Kohima District Branch in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society Nagaland State Branch observed ‘World Health Day’ on April 7 under the theme ‘Health for All.’ The Society organized poster campaign in different parts of Kohima town to create awareness about the fact that health is a human right and every one should have access to health care at the right time and at the right place. 

Gorkha Students’ Union Chümoukedima District (GSUCD) had a coordination meeting with Nagaland Gorkha Association (NGA), Gorkha Public Panchayat Kohima (GPPK) and Gorkha Students’ Union Kohima (GSUK) at GPPK Hall on April 8. A memorandum for better functioning and development of Gorkha Community of the State was also submitted.
