The District Congress Committee (DCC), Mokokchung held a “Grand Welcome Ceremony” as 12 senior officials of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mokokchung joined the Congress Party on August 2 at the DCC office in Mokokchung. The event was held in the presence of Lok Sabha MP and NPCC President, S. Supongmeren Jamir. The 12 former BJP officials were led by L Yanger Lemtur, former Vice President, BJP Mokokchung District.
