Walk Nagaland 2024 began with a vibrant hiking adventure at Tuophema village, located just 40 kilometers from Kohima. Enthusiastic participants from across Nagaland and various parts of India joined the five-hour trek. The trek commenced at the Bokie Watch Tower, with participants scaling notable landmarks such as Neiphiu Rio Badze, Niathu Peak, and Niezhu Peak. The trail also meandered through a lush kiwi farm before concluding at Lietsubotsa Rest House. The experience wrapped up with a drive through Phezhou Resort and Tuophema Village.

GHS Thahekhu introduced the "Schoolshine" project by distributing LED bulbs to the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) office in Dimapur. The event, organized under the Samagra Shiksha scheme and sponsored by AISECT, was led by Atovi Awomi, a vocational trainer in electronics at PM SHRI GHS Thahekhu.
