Longleng DLSA organised an online essay competition on the topic ‘Online schooling, can it be the future of education?’ The essay competition was held among the members of the LLC Longleng. K Shingmei of Good Shepherd High School emerged the winner followed by A Yingli Phom, of Good Shepherd School and Shingmei T Phom of B Government Hr Sec School, Longleng winning the second and third position respectively. Before giving away the certificate and gift hampers to the winners, Ajongba Imchen CJM/Secretary LDLSA enlightened the students about the legal services and rights.

Sakhi-One Stop Centre and District administration Peren organised an awareness programme on child sexual abuse and personality development with the theme ‘Towards a new way of growing and healing’ at Servanthood Ministry Children Home, Peren town on September 19. The programme was on activity based learning.
