MGM College, Dimapur, organised an advent Christmas programme on December 15 at the College auditorium with the management, faculty and students of all the semesters. The Evangelical Union of MGM College took the lead to organise the programme during which students and faculty presented hymns and Christmas Carols. Among other, Principal Fr Dr PS Varghese also addressed the programme and deliberated upon the beauty and glory of the holy season.
The National Mental Health Program, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare held its quarterly review meeting cum-orientation programme on December 14 at IDSP Hall, DHFW. Dr Chikrozho Kezo, State Program Officer, NMHP chaired the programme with an exhortation by the Mission Director, NHM and followed by presentations from the districts. Dr Temsuyanger, Dr Nuvotso Khesoh and Dr Chikrozho Kezo were the resource persons for the programme.

The Department of Youth Ministry, Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Küqhakulu (SBAK) Nito Mount had its 64th Youth Conference at Sukhalu Village from December 9 to 11 under the theme "Kütshukime" (Connect) with Rev N Suhuto, Youth Secy, NBCC and Rev Hukugha Zhimo, Executive Secy, SBAK Nito Mount as speakers.
A district level workshop for VPD surveillance and orientation on revised schedule for fractional dose of Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (IPV) for Medical officers, DPM, BPMs and BACs was held at CMO Conference hall, Mokokchung on December 14. Seyiekhrienuo Belho was the resource person for the training.
