The Gorkha Public Panchayat Kohima visits State Mental Health Institute, Aradhura, Kohima on the occasion of 76th Republic Day 2025 on 26 January. They provided with ration items and refreshment for the inmates and the staffs.
Minister of Horticulture, Salhoutuonuo Kruse, visited the Atoizu Horticulture Farm to review its progress and initiatives. During her visit, she engaged in discussions with Dr Alongba Tzudir, District Horticulture Officer, Zunheboto, on various horticulture-related activities in the region. The visit was attended by personnel from the District Administration, Police and Horticulture department.To commemorate the 76th Republic Day, Assam Rifles organised a bike rally on January 25. The rally covered a total distance of 75 kilometres, starting from the Assam Rifles Helipad in Kohima to the Dimapur Sector of Assam Rifles, and was flagged off by the Deputy Inspector General (Medical) IGAR North.
