Pungro EAC Nuhuta Tunyi inaugurated the agriculture supply outlet ‘The Good Tree’ in Pungro Town on July 20. The shop is one of the initiatives of the Saramati Beru Area Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (SBAMCS) which is being set up to ensure timely and quality supply of input requirements for its members and farmers of the area. Hokhezhe village under Zunheboto district declared 100% first dose COVID-19 vaccination of all 18 years above beneficiaries. Hokhezhe village council chairman, Kiqheto Swu and Secretary, Yekavi Chishi in a joint statement made the declaration of attaining the 100% coverage after the third round of COVID-19 vaccination outreach activity in village by staff under Suhoi Sub-Center, Kuhuboto Sub-Division. A total of 173 beneficiaries were vaccinated. Dr Rebecca, DPO, UIP/RCH has expressed hope that the community of Hokhezhe village will continue to join hands with the Health Department in all future health activities in the village.
