The RPJ Rapha Pool organised a swimming competition at RPJ Arena, Ekranipathar on July 26. The winners in the junior category were: 1st Hautoli, Dimapur; 2nd Kevichülie Kire, Kohima; 3rd Joshua, Dimapur. In senior category: 1st Pitor Momin, Meghalaya; 2nd Jatpho, Dimapur; 3rd Sourav Bhuyan, Guwahati. The competition judges were Sharon Puture (operation Manager IDFC Bank) and Esther Jamir (xseed Education Coach Nagaland). RPJ Rapha Pool is owned by 29 year old, Rongpangnichet Jamir from Aliba village.

(DIPR Photo) The 78 Battalion of the CRPF observed 87th Raising day of CRPF at Battalion Hq Sechu-Zubza on July 26. Raising day of CRPF is observed on July 27 every year. As it owes its origin to the Crown Representative's Police (CRP) on July 27, 1939 at Nimach (MP). After Independence, the Crown Representative's Police was rechristened as Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)by an Act of Parliament. On the occasion Sh. Devnath Somkunwar, Commandant and Unit personnel paid homage to the martyrs at martyrs' memorial. Later, the Commandant took salute at Quarter Guard and conducted Special Sainik Sammelan. Phek District Music & Arts Society conducted a one say choral music workshop powered by TAFMA at Calvary Baptist Church, Pfutsero Town on July 26. 30 people (music directors and music enthusiasts ) attended the workshop from different Churches.
