As part of the World Environment Day celebrations, NCC cadets of Don Bosco Higher Secondary School Kohima,1 Naga Girls Bn NCC, led by their NCC Incharge ANO Elizabeth along with 4 teachers and 40 cadets visited Chedema village on June 10. The activities carried out by the team included a cleanliness drive and distribution of hygiene kits containing soap, detergent and biscuits to the village elderly by the participating cadets.
Most Reverend Dr James Thoppil, Bishop of Kohima conducted a three day pastoral visit of Kidima Parish of Catholic Church; namely St Francis Xavier, Kidima; St Joseph, Kezo Basa; St Mary, Kezoma; Good Shepherd, Kezoma Urban Station since June 10.
