‘Love Letters,’ a book written by Odangchetla Longchari was released in an event held at Café Leon, Hill View Colony, DC Court, Dimapur on March 9. The book was launched by Wabang Longchari, Pastor, The Lighthouse Church and the publisher’s note was delivered by Sentinaro Longkumer, Editor, Heritage Publishing House. 

Assessment camp for Children With Special Needs (CWSN) enrolled in schools and home based children between the age group of 6-18 years was carried out by District Education Office, District Mission Authority, Samagra Shiksha Tuensang in all the 5 Educational Block Recourse Centre (EBRC) under Tuensang including Shamator and Noklak from February 26 to March 1. A press note from District Coordinator Inclusive Education Samagra Shiksha, P Hangthai  informed that he children was assisted by Ophthalmic Assistant deployed by the CMO Tuensang, ELITE for Locomotor and Soundbeatz New Delhi (Hearing) covering 109 children.
Minister of PHED and Cooperation, Jacob Zhimomi inaugurated the Niuland Town Clock Tower on March 9. Addressing the gathering, Jacob stated that Niuland District would be transformed into a model district one step at a time. He mentioned that he would see to it that not only the infrastructural aspect but also the aesthetic aspect of the new district would be sufficiently taken care of, for which he sought the continued cooperation of the public. He also hoped that the Clock Tower would also serve as a symbol of unity in the sprawling town. The Clock Tower was dedicated by Rev Dr Pughoto Sema, Executive Secretary, WSBAK. 
The Annual Spring Music Carnival of Nagaland Conservatory of Music kick-started at Nagaland Conservatory of Music campus was held on March 9 and 10. This year’s edition of the carnival features exciting games, exquisite cuisines, apparels and non-stop music performances. NCM Spring Music Carnival is an annual event that aims to create an opportunity for the local community to experience quality music while having a wholesome time with family and friends.
