Handing and taking over of the outgoing and incoming CANSSEA Dimapur unit was held at VC room of Directorate of Food &Civil Supplies, Dimapur on March 11. The Christian Forum Dimapur (CFD) with Rev Moses Murry, Chairman, Vice Chairman Rev Vitoshe Swu and Rev Vangphong Phom, Member organised a prayer fellowship and relief programme at Tankhul Baptist Church, Imphal for the Meities pastors and evangelists and provided cash on March 5. The team also visited refugee camps at Namlee and Wanglee village in the Myanmar border where many Christians are displaced because of the ethnic clash and provided food items on March 6. “The team members exhorted the pastors and evangelists and the villagers who are in the refugee camps to be strong in their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. The team members prayed with them for the peace and comfort of God upon their families,” Rev Moses Murry stated in a press release. 
A forest fire broke around the under construction area of Eklavya Model Residential School between Longwa village and Phomching town in Mon district on March 10. “While volunteers and youth of the area made commendable efforts to douse the fire, lack of fire fighting equipment and man power impeded their success. The volunteer force was soon joined by team of Assam Rifles troops and the fire was finally brought under control after 2 hours of intense fire fighting, preventing any loss to life and property,” Maj Maneesh Kumar, Post Commander 27 Assam Rifles, Longwa said in a press release. The cause of the forest fire is not found yet, he added. 
A group of 37 mothers including 7 executive members of Kohima Lotha Eloe Ekhüng (KLEE) and 30 KLEE representatives from various colonies undertook an exposure tour to Kolkata from March 6 to 9. The group visited Vitoria Memorial Museum, MP Birla Planetarium and Howrah Bridge.
Gorkha Students’ Union Chümoukedima District (GSUCD) held a coordination meeting with All Nagaland Gorkha Students' Union (ANGSU) on March 10 at GPPK Hall, Kohima and submitted a memorandum for better functioning and development of Gorkha Community of the State. The meeting was chaired by John Thakuri, President ANGSU highlights of the meeting included discussion about Golden Jubilee Celebration of ANGSU 2024 and other issues related to Gorkha Community of Nagaland
Students of Salesian College of Higher Education shared lunch with the “sick, the suffering and the poor” around Civil Hospital, Railway station, Market area, New Market, Hongkong Market area, City Tower area, Flyover area of Dimapur town on March 9. “Bread for the Hungry” is an initiative of Salesian College of Higher Education, where every student volunteers to love, to share and to give.
