Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN) and knowledge partner SBI launched financial literacy programme at SBI Regional Office conference hall in Dimapur on May 30. Aligning with WENN’s 2023 theme ‘Financial Literacy,’ this is the first in a series of workshops which will be held in eight districts of Nagaland in 2023. “WENN is committed to empowering women entrepreneurs in Nagaland with financial literacy skills that can elevate their businesses and contribute to their financial independence,” said Alemjungla Jamir, Chairwoman, WENN. SBI Regional office, AGM Haolen Hangsing encouraged those present to be role models and maintain good relationship with the banks in order to pave ways for more women entrepreneurs.
All Nagaland Private School Association (ANPSA) Kohima unit felicitated HSLC and HSSLC 2023 toppers with Shanavas C. IAS Deputy Commissioner of Kohima as the guest speaker, at Christ King Higher Secondary School Kohima. All together 43 students, 29 HSLC rank holders and 13 HSSLC rank holders from Kohima district were felicitated.
The farewell programme for outgoing Deputy Commissioner of Tuensang, Nokchasashi NCS was held on at DC’S conference hall, Tuensang on May 31.
