All government and private schools under Mon town came together under one roof at the Town Hall on September 5 to celebrate Teacher’s Day. DC Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma was the special guest. On the occasion, District Award 2023 was awarded to N. Nokhu Konyak P/T from GMS Loakho; T. Chsmwang Konyak P/T from GMS Chenmoho; Shoiyan Konyak P/T from GPS ‘A’ Naginimora and Nafisa Ali, Teacher at St. Joseph’s School Mon (a private school).
Longleng District paid heartfelt tribute to the educators at an event organized by District Education Office (DEO) at the DEO Conference Hall Longleng on September 5.
