The Indian Red Cross Society Nagaland (IRCSN) State Branch, visited victims of the fire that broke out at the market site at High school Junction, Kohima  and distributed  relief items, blankets, kitchen sets, hygiene kits and mosquito nets to the families who were affected by the fire on September 9.
YSUD organized its Freshers’ cum Cultural Day with the theme ‘Finding Identity in Cultural Integrity’ at Holy Cross School auditorium on September 9. The event was graced by MLA, S Kiusumew, Advisor Fire and Emergency Service, Home Guard and Civil Defence. Yakso R and Kumyinthula were adjudged Mr and Miss Freshers YSUD 2023. A talent night was also held in the evening session, with S Keoshu Yimchunger, Advisor, Youth Resources and Sports as the chief guest.
