Captain Vignesh 7 AR gives a lecture to Class 5 students of Agape School, Kiphire about opportunities and benefits of joining Sanik School. Inspiring the young minds, the Captain said that Sanik School is a gateway to becoming officers in Army, Navy and Air Force. He requested the students to avail the opportunity provided by Sanik School in Punglwa and informed that forms for Sanik School will be issued beginning from September 13.
 
Participants along with the resource person during a Leadership Development Training for Minority Women organized by AYOLTA Human Resource Society and sponsored by Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India at its office hall on September 6. Konchem Phom, Assistant Professor, Yingli College Longleng was the resource person.
 
Child Help Foundation Mumbai donated rice towards relief in Amahator area which was distributed in a programme organised by Nagaland Center for Human Development- Information Technology, (NCHD-IT) Dimapur on September 11. The Amahator public in a press release issued by Seili Sangtam Hd.GB Amahator Village, Y.Yangsekyu Sangtam Hd.GB Amahator Town, Lipongchum Sangtam VCC Amahator Village have appreciated Yashimenla Lemtor, Executive Director, NCHD-IT, T.Kirithong Sangtam Chairman and T.Khariba Sangtam Area Coordinator for making the distribution camp successful.
 
Imtirenla Jamir, NCS took over as Team Leader of the Nagaland Bamboo Development Agency from the outgoing Team Leader, Peter Lichamo, NCS who handed over the charge in a solemn ceremony held at the Conference Hall of the Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre, Dimapur on September 11.
 
As part of 15 days cleanliness drive Swachhta Pachwada, 3rd semester students of MGM College, Dimapur, along with Principal and faculties conducted cleanliness drive in Midland Colony. Students installed dustbins in the junction and in front of Government Primary school, Midland. Apart from cleaning, the student leaders gave awareness to the shopkeepers to provide dustbins in front of their shops and not to sell tobacco products.
