In collaboration with EUNU (L), the Nagaland University Students’ Union Lumami, NUSU (L) held a candle light prayer vigil on February 17 at old Cafeteria, NU Lumami campus to condemn the Pulwama terror attack on the CRPF personnel. The president of NUSU (L), K Buche Khiamniungan hoped and prayed that the Government would leave no stone unturned to bring the perpetrators to justice. The union and all the students of NU extended their prayers and condolences to the bereaved families of the dead and injured.

Bharat Vikash Parishad (BVP), Dimapur Branch organised a charitable programme with the villagers of Hazadisha at Dhansiripar council area on February 17. Woolen clothes and blankets were distributed to needy in the presence of various community leaders, GB and council chairman Ranesh Langthasa and chief cordiantor Bishnu Bhattacharjee of Bharat Vikash Parishad Nagaland along with other office bearers of BVP, Dimapur Branch.
