173 Battalion, CRPF carried out Civic Action Programme–2019-20 on October 19 at Khensa village, Mokokchung wherein the unit distributed eco-friendly Solar Lamps to the villagers. Speaking on the occasion, Vishnu Gautam, Commandant 173 Bn CRPF underlined the need for mutual understanding and Cooperation between the Security Forces and local populace of the area.The Civic Action Programme was also attended by Dr Uma ShankerVerma, CMO, Khensa Village Chairman and prominent local people of the area and media persons. Altogether 38 families benefited through the programme.
