An eviction drive was carried out at Lower New Minister Hill, near CRPF Camp under Mouza No/Ward No. Lerie, Kohima by the Kohima District Administration, Police and DBs on October 24. The drive was conducted as per the eviction notice issued against the unauthorised occupation of Government land within the premises of Government Quarter where the evictee failed to comply with the notice to evict the illegally occupied land within the stipulated time.
