Kohima, March 23 (DIPR): The Department of Environment, Forest & Climate Change has informed that the State will be observing Earth Hour on March 24 for one hour from 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Citizens have been requested to observe the hour by switching off all non-essential lights of residential and prominent buildings.
