The recruitment process for the Nagaland Police constabulary, announced in September 2025, commenced today across the State, including Wokha district, with the allotment of chest numbers along with the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Standard Test (MST) being conducted on the first day.
At Wokha, the PST and MST for both male and female candidates began today at the Local Ground, Wokha, and will continue from January 7 to 9.
Candidates who qualify in both tests will be eligible to appear for the Running Test and Physical Test, scheduled to be held from January 10 to January 13.
According to the schedule, the Running Test for male candidates will be conducted from Zero Point, Vankhosung on NH-02 to below the DC Office, Wokha area, while the Running Test for female candidates will be held from Khorkha Stream on NH-02 to below the DC Office, Wokha area.
Only candidates who qualify in both the PST and MST are directed to report for the Running Test as per the prescribed roll number schedule.
Meanwhile, Superintendent of Police, Wokha, T Relo Aye, informed that candidates appearing for the Running Test and Physical Test scheduled from January 10 to 13 must report at Zero Point, Wokha, at 5:30 am, carrying their chest number and admit card.
He further informed that candidates who qualify in the Running Test shall report to the Local Ground, Wokha, on the same day for the Pull-up, High Jump and Long Jump tests.
