DIMAPUR, APRIL 3 (MExN): Nagaland Police has opened a “Helpline Cell” at Police Headquarters, Kohima with a view to provide helping hands to students, working groups and all people domiciled in Nagaland residing outside the State of Nagaland. According to a notification from Nagaland Police, the helpline cell has been opened to assist those who are in distress or require any assistance either in Nagaland or at the place where they are now residing.
