Nagaland reported 2 new COVID-19 cases on December 26 while there was 1 recovery, an official update informed. Kohima and Peren recorded one case each while two positive patients recovered from Dimapur.
“2 +ve cases of #COVID-19 have been detected on 26/12/2020. Kohima- Peren- 1 each,” updated the Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister, S Pangnyu Phom on Twitter.
Two positive patients also recovered from Dimapur, the Minister added.
With this, Nagaland COVID-19 status as of December 26 stood at: Total cases- 11897; Recoveries- 11415; and Active Cases- 274.
The State has also reported 68 deaths so far. However, 10 deaths are considered “Covid-19 positive but not due to Covid-19," according to state health authority.
