Dimapur, October 29 (MExN): Nagaland on Friday reported 39 new COVID-19 cases. According to an update by the State Health and Family Welfare department, the new cases were reported from Dimapur (24), Kohima (5), Mokokchung (9) and Peren (1). The total caseload as on October 29 was 31811. Meanwhile, 20 recoveries on Friday took the recovery tally to 29864. With this, the active cases in Nagaland stood at 222 on October 29. The State did not report any new casualties in the past 24 hours, and the death toll remained at 669, as per the State’s official COVID-19 dashboard.
