Kohima, September 8 (MExN): The Directorate of School Education, Government of Nagaland has notified all concerned that M/s Eastern Computer Agencies, Kohima would be offering free telephonic consultancy services to students and educational institutes on virtual class/online exam for a period of one month from September 9 to October 8.
The counselling will be given on the following aspects
• Basic troubleshooting in software applications
• Issues related to Input /Output devices
• Setting error causing system malfunctioning
• System frequently becoming unresponsive
• Access denial through mobile network
• Third party software installation errors used for educational purpose
• Buffering while attending online classes
• Authentication issue due to anti-virus
• Related issues on Virtual Class/Online Exam.
