Nagaland men’s sepaktakraw team with officials.
PATNA, MAY 10 (MExN): The Nagaland men’s Sepaktakraw team bagged one silver and two bronze medals at the Khelo India Youth Games (KIYG) 2025 held in Patna, Bihar.
According to a press release issued by the Nagaland Sepaktakraw Association (NSA), the team delivered an impressive performance in the Regu, Quad, and Team events.
Nagaland secured the silver medal in the Regu event after defeating Manipur in the semi-final—marking the first-ever win over the Manipur team in this category. The final against Delhi ended in a tie-breaker, with Nagaland settling for silver.
The team also clinched bronze medals in the Quad and Team events. The NSA has congratulated the athletes and lauded their efforts and sportsmanship during the tournament.
