Kohima, June 6 (MExN): The Nagaland State Bharat Scouts and Guides (NSBSG) induction ceremony for Advisor Youth resources and Sports Government of Nagaland, S Keoshu Yimkhiung and other officials was held at NSBSG State Headquarters Bayavu Hill Kohima on June 6.  Advisor S Keoshu Yimkhiung is the 13th President of NSBSG. Along with him five officials and two others took reaffirmation during the ceremony. 

In his speech, Advisor S Keoshu Yimkhiung acknowledges the State officials for their initiative in gathering 4000 active members at present in Nagaland state. ‘Scouting helps youth development, academic, life skills, self confidence, leadership skill and citizen skill which also influence the adult lives,’ he observed. The Advisor appealed the gathering to push the association to the highest level in all activities together. He further said that every success is the outcome of team work and therefore asked the gathering to work together to build the nation.

The programme was chaired by NSBSG, Vice President, Wezope Kenye, IAS while NSBSG State Secretary Er Thepfuzakie Suohu gave keynote address and vote of thanks was delivered by State Commissioner(G), Nino Iralu. Warrants for State commissioner (Bulbul), Chubanungla State Commissioner (Cub) Om Prakash Gupta and State Commissioner (Rover) Kuoliebeizo Mepfhü-o were presented by the newly inducted NSBSG President. The induction ceremony was administered by SOC(S) John Tochimong and SOC(G) Vimezhonu.
