Dimapur, September 16 (MExN): The Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) is set to host the 2nd North East Cricket Development Council (NECDC) Senior Men’s Interstate Friendship Tournament from September 23 to 28. This event, following Nagaland’s victory in the inaugural edition, is jointly organized by NECDC State Members.
The tournament will feature six states: Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Sikkim. Matches will be held at the Nagaland Cricket Stadium and Sovima Cricket Ground. The event aims to highlight exceptional cricketing talent and foster sportsmanship among the participating teams.
In addition to the cricketing action, the NCA will host “Cric Fest 2024” from September 26th to 28th, running daily from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This vibrant festival will offer a Kid’s Fun Zone, various activities, food stalls, entertainment, and exciting prizes, ensuring a fun-filled experience for fans and families.
