TOGETHER ON THE FRONTLINE: Healthcare worker, Owyan Phom is seen vaccinating her husband, a police personnel, at the Superintendent of Police Office, Longleng on February 16, in this photo shared by the District Media Officer Longleng, DoHFW, NHM on Twitter.  As of February 16, a total of 16,189 doses were administrated to the healthcare and frontline workers according to an official update.
