Kohima, September 24 (MExN): The Transport Department in a notification informed that in continuation of Department’s notification dated March 6, 2020, and in compliance to the judgement of the Supreme Court Order dated August 13, 2020 passed in the matter of WP(C) No. 13029 of 1985, MC Mehta v/s Union of India, the Government of Nagaland has allowed registration of BS-IV vehicles sold on or before March 31, 2020, and whose sales have been uploaded on the e-Vaahan Portal of the Central Government and the State Government and the registration of which could not be done/completed due to the lockdown.
