Nagaland University, School of Agricultural Science, Medziphema Campus, celebrated International Women’s Day March 8.
Medziphema, March 9 (MExN): Nagaland University, School of Agricultural Sciences (SAS), Medziphema Campus, celebrated International Women’s Day under the theme ‘Accelerate Action’ March 8. The event, organized by the Students' Union, brought together faculty, non-teaching staff, and students to honor the contributions of women and advocate for gender equality.
Prof Akali Sema, Pro Vice-Chancellor, SAS, Nagaland University addressed the occasion. Various activities, including a tribute to women by Hannah Ch. Marak, commemorative song by Imnasashi & Co., and special performance by the SAS Super Girls were other highlight.
Kikruvino hosted interactive fun activities, while B.Sc. 1st Year students presented a cultural performance. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Neike Fridolin, Literary Secretary.
