Kohima, July 3 (MExN): In its continued mission to support health workers in the state, the Nagaland Warriors has donated Rs 70,000 to the Managing Director of Naga Hospital Authority Kohima on June 30.


The group has also donated face masks, gloves and fruits amounting to Rs 30,000 to COVID-19 Hospital, Jalukie.


Nagaland Warriors is a WhatsApp group forum which has initiated charity fund drive for COVID-19 to support the health workers.


Through the drive, the forum informed that it garnered an amount of Rs 3, 32,302 besides some essential materials from its members.


Earlier, the group had donated cash and essentials products to COVID-19 Hospital Dimapur, District Surveillance Officer Dimapur.


It was also informed that the balance amount of Rs. 1,32,000/- would be utilized for Mon and other COVID -19 hospitals.
