Nagaland has won the Bharat Nirman Award for rural housing for effective implementation of Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY) from “The India Today Group.”Parliamentary Secretary for Rural Development and REPA, S. Pangnyu Phom will accept the award on behalf of the government of Nagaland during the 7th India Today Chief Ministers Conclave. It is to be held on September 14 at Shahjahan Hall, Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi. Union Minister for Finance Pranab Mukherjee will be the chief guest at the conclave.
