DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 18 (MExN): Nagaland defeated Meghalaya by 88 runs in the Women’s Senior One Day Trophy today.
Batting first, Nagaland scored 202 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 50 overs. Top scorers for the state were Munia who scored 44 runs and Ayantika who scored 37 runs.
Meghalaya meanwhile were restricted to just 114 runs before being bowled out in 43.1 overs.
Trishna and Nazma bagged 3 wickets each for Nagaland while Sariba also took 2 wickets.
