Wildflower Artist Management, an artist management company from Nagaland, has joined hands with India’s top talent agency ‘Inega’ to provide a bigger and better platform exclusively to NE Talents.
Co -Founders Asenla Jamir & Allem Longkumer’s Wildflower Artist Management is an initiative and a movement to represent creative talents exclusively from Northeast India and provide them with a platform to share their unique stories and talents.
Presently they represent Models, Photographers, HMUA and Fashion Stylists that advocate their distinctive cultural artistry. Started back in 2021, they have already grabbed national brands and agency’s attention and have recently partnered with one of India’s top talent agency ‘Inega’ to introduce a better and bigger platform nationally and internationally to the artists/talents of NE India.
With this venture Wildflower is providing a huge opportunity to the talents from Northeast who are pursuing to make it big in the Fashion/Entertainment industry.
Wildflower aims to be a “bring the Northeast into the foreground of the public consciousness.” It seeks to “inspire acceptance by reconstructing our stereotypes into our strength and stimulate the genesis of a new breed of individuals who boldly embrace their distinctive genetic inheritance.”
Speaking to The Morung Express, Asenal Jamir said: “Our collective approach is about creating a space for individuals with different talents having a shared interest to achieve liberation and acceptance in the mainstream industry and also bringing out more raw and potential talents from Northeast to help give them a platform that they deserve. Our community supporting such initiative helps us flourish and bridge the gap between our purpose and the audience we want to reach.”
“And through this partnership with ‘Inega’ we definitely want people to trust our agency’s vision and goal to achieve successful representation of our region nationally and internationally,” she added.
‘Inega’ has been in the business of fashion and entertainment since the 1990s. Over the years, they have been involved in the production of fashion shows across India and Internationally. During that period the company also produced a musical, a feature film and was the Indian agent to some of the most reputed international performance troupes.
‘Inega’ has consolidated its position from being the first company to formally represent international models in India, to the largest agency in management businesses.
The roster of persons represented by ‘Inega’ includes actors, stylists, hair and makeup artists, directors of photography, and local & international models.
The company has also produced a wide range of advertising work for television and still.
