The four day long 25th Anniversary Celebration of Northern Angami Sports Association Group ‘C’ (NASA-C) concluded here this afternoon at Zhadima Sports Complex under the theme “Commitment to sports excellence.”
Guest of honour at the closing ceremony, K.T. Vilie, Chairman Zhadima Village Council and Vice President Angami Public Organization (APO), gave away prizes to the winners.
In Naga wrestling, Vizotuolie Lhousi from Meriema emerged as champion while Ravokhrie-o Virie of Nerhe Model, Dietholhoulie Miario of Phekerkriema Basa and Neilhouvolie Chatsu of Nerhe Model stood 2nd, 3rd and 4th position respectively.
The 25th anniversary celebration was hosted by Zhadima Village Youth & Sports Organization (ZVYSO).
Later, Search Committee convenor Roko Angami announced the new office bearers of NASA-C.
It may be recalled that the 25th anniversary celebration commenced on January 12 last.
