Priya Verma, Director, National Institute of Rubber Training (NIRT), Rubber Board of India (RBI) Kottayam, Kerala officials and Department of Land Resources (DoLR) officials, Government of Nagaland implemented MoU through imparting training and interaction with the Rubber Growers in the state on March 10 at Department's Resource Center, Ruzaphema, Chümoukedima.
