Kohima, June 7 (MExN): Nagaland Baptist Church Council School Education Ministry held a felicitation programme to honour HSLC and HSSLC toppers for NBCC member schools on June 7 at the Platinum Hall, NBCC office Kohima. NBCC Media and Publicity in a press release stated that the programme was chaired by Rev. Dr. M. Savi, School Coordinator, NBCC while the welcome address was delivered by Keviseto, School Board Chairman, NBCC. Short speeches were made by the toppers.
A special song was presented by Veto Assumi. There was a time of appreciation and acknowledgement for the toppers by the Council. Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho, General Secretary, NBCC encouraged the students after which prayed for them.
The students and the schools felicitated during the programme include: HSLC –Bishal Chakraborty, Christian Higher Secondary School Dimapur; Sangerbenla Tzudir, Dimapur Mission Higher Secondary School; Shabana Khatun, Christian Higher Secondary School Dimapur; Kukucho Cukhamu, Ministers’ Hill Baptist Higher Secondary School Kohima; Sweeti Dey, Christian Higher Secondary School Dimapur. HSSLC- Ritika Jain (Commerce), Christian Higher Secondary School Dimapur; Ria Jain (Commerce) Christian Higher Secondary School Dimapur; Mallika Agarwal (Commerce), Christian Higher Secondary School Dimapur .
