Dimapur, June 7 (MExN): The Nagaland BSNL Contractor’s Association (NBSNLCA) in a press statement said that it is facing untold hardships owing to non-payment of both the pending and running Bills of ongoing works by the BSNL Civil Sub-Division-I, Dimapur.
President of Nagaland BSNL Contractor’s Association formerly – Nagaland Telecom & Contractor’s Association Charlie Sekhose stated that almost all the members of the contractors have submitted various representations to the Executive Engineer (Civil), BSNL, Nagaland, Dimapur on various occasion for the release of the bills. However, due to failure on part of the concerned authorities, the Association has served an ultimatum to the authorities in the BSNL that until and unless the pending and running bills are released for all the BSNL works all over the State of Nagaland within 5 (five) days from this day onward with hindrances and delay amount of cent percent, all the ongoing projects and works shall be stopped forthwith. Further, the Association shall initiate “its own course of action(s) including legal options so as to redress our grievances.”
