DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 14 (MExN): The Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) has announced a 15-member team for the Senior Men’s squad for Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2023-24. The sixteenth edition of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, a Twenty20 cricket competition is scheduled to take place from October 16 to November 6, 2023. Nagaland will play Madhya Pradesh in its first match on October 16. All matches will be played at Dehradun.

The Nagaland team will be led by Jonathan Rongsen as captain, Hokaito Zhimomi as vice captain and the members include Nagaho Chishi, Sedezhalie Rupreo, Tahmeed Rahman, Moakumzuk Tzudir, Khrievitso Kense, Hopongkyu Sangtam, Joshua Ben Ozukum, Sepichem Jingru and Oren Ngullie with guest payers- Sumit Kumar, R S Jaganath Sinivas, Karan Tewatiya. 

Support staffs will include Shatilo Kent as team manager, Muralidhar R as head coach, Arzoo Raj and Kechesin Keppen as assistant coaches, Shyla Alam  as S&C coach and Mowalong Kichu – physio.
